Tickets Now on Sale - 2021 Annual AHJA Awards Banquet

Come join us for the annual Arizona Hunter Jumper Association Awards Banquet and Silent Auction for the 2021 show year!! The banquet will be a brunch event on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 starting at 11 AM at the Crowne Plaza Golf Resort in Chandler, AZ in the San Marcos Ballroom. Tickets must be purchased by December 30, 2021.  Click here to register:  You must add adult & child tickets to the cart separately, then you can adjust the number of tickets when you checkout.

Member's Meeting - the annual general membership meeting will start before the banquet at 10:45 am. All members are welcome to attend. 

Tickets/Check-In - tickets are not required to check in. Just provide your name to the check-in desk hosts!

Start Time - the banquet starts at 11 am. The silent auction and buffet will begin at this time as well.

Slient Auction - Credit cards, checks, and cash are all accepted. This year's silent auction proceeds will help benefit the AHJA Scholarship Fund and to help fund a new website for AHJA's members that is more interactive and informative.

Don't forget to bring cash $$$$ for the 50/50 raffle!

Seating - When checking in, we will provide you your seating information as groups have been assigned specific tables. Please allow us to assist you with finding your spot if you are unsure. 

Parking - Complimentary self-parking is available.

Dining - this year's banquet features a gourmet brunch buffet, which is included with your ticket. Alcoholic beverages are not included, but there will be CASH bars open in the banquet room.
