Laura Brown
Position: Secretary | Points & Standings Director

The Secretary, Laura, oversees all administrative responsibilities, including meeting minutes, board correspondence, and supporting organizational communication efforts. Laura is also responsible for tracking competition results and overseeing the AHJA Points & Standings system. Sierra Egge
Position: Communications Committee Chair

Sierra has been an active member of AHJA since January 2020 and joined the board in 2023, bringing her experience in marketing and a passion for enhancing communication within the AHJA community. She first stepped into this role to help address communication gaps she noticed as a member and has since revitalized AHJA's social media presence.

Although a lifelong rider, Sierra only entered the hunter-jumper world in 2019, starting with her AQHA horse at home and gradually progressing to showing locally and then competing at A-rated shows in other states. She now competes on her OTTB in the 2'9 Hunters and Equitation classes and enjoys the challenge and growth this sport offers.

As Communications Committee Chair, Sierra is committed to helping AHJA thrive and hopes to enhance the experience for all members, both in and out of the ring.
